The camp outs are a chance to experience living within the natural landscape for a few nights and to practice all the bushcraft skills learnt during the day sessions.  There are several 'base camps' situated on gaunts' estate (around 2,000 acres of beautifull Dorset countryside) and for the duration of the camps these will be our 'home'.

The dates for two and half day, two night camps:

• Tuesday June 1st - Thursday June 3rd
• Tuesday JuLY 27TH - Thursday July 29th
• Cost £190 per person.

Vision Quests

'Vision quests' are known as a natural rite of passage, said to give the participant insight and meaning into themselves and a direction for the next stage of life.

Our vision quests are designed to be both a safe and enlightening experience, and although the participants are alone, there will be systems in place to communicate with the instructors if needed.

It is a rare oppertunity to spend a night alone in nature, and feel a re-connection with the landscape we so often take for granted!

This is the final stage of the Wildskills courses and requires thorough preperation and commitment from the participants.

The residential Vision quest includes a part residental part camping option, based at Gaunts House and the surrounding Estate.

Vision Quest dates:

• Four day three night Vision quest - August 17th - 20th.  Cost £350 per person.
  
• Eight day seven night residential vision quest - September 11th - 18th, and October 9th - 16th
