Go on a walk to discover what animals live where and how to look out for them. Study footprints, faeces, and food remains. Look at how living things in the community depend on each other and the effects of environmental change on that community.

Small Mammal Trapping (am only)
Learn all about small mammals. How is a mouse different from a vole? Looking at live mammals; are the male or female, adult or juvenile? How much to the weigh? Is this a good weight? Learn how to carry out and record data obtained in the field. Obviously this session does rely on the catching of live species and is to a certain extent weather dependant.
