About Honeybrook

In the heart of the beautiful Dorset countryside, we offer a relaxing day out for the whole family as well as Rural Craft Courses, Wild Skills courses and birthday parties and the perfect venue for special events including Weddings!

With 84 acres of Traditional Farm and River Meadows, there’s plenty to keep the whole family occupied. Enjoy the farm and the animals it is home to as well as our Riverside Trail, Indoor and Outdoor Adventure Play, Tractor and Pony Rides.

Corporate Events

Honeybrook is a fantastic venue for Corporate Events, Christmas Parties and Private Celebrations throughout the year.

We are also fully licensed for alcohol & have a catering team on site. We have lots of rooms & sites available for various daytime or evening functions.


We can provide catering

for your event at Honeybrook, for example Hog Roast, BBQ, sit down dinner prepared by our Wonky Goose Cafe, or light teas, cakes & refreshments, whatever you fancy!

Plus we have a license to serve alcohol, another thing you don't have to worry about, so we can run a licensed bar at your event.

All meat is supplied by our own High Lea Butchers.

Head out from the farmyard on the NEW exciting adventure Play Trail to explore the far reaching corners of Honeybrook Farm. A mystery awaits around every corner as you ramble along beautiful riverside walks and climb, run and jump your way towards the next exhilarating challenge. Keep an eye out for The Ford, cross over to find Bakers Dozen, down to Vic's Island and across the Tricorn Bridge to the Wild Skills Den

Regular Pets Corner sessions offer a chance to give some of our animals a pet and a groom!

The indoor Soft Play Area is terrific fun and very popular with the kids is perfect for when the rains are about and there is seating too.

Fun for the bigger kids includes Flying Fox zip wire, Buccaneer Towers, Trojan Horse, massive climbing structures with slides & lots more all on sand for safe landings. Plus Tots’ Playground for the little ones.

Our Splash Pad on the Village Green is designed and built especially for Honeybrook. Great fun on those sunny Summer days or equally a real giggle with wellies and waterproofs.

Stunning countryside & river meadow vistas, intimate ceremony rooms, the Great Barn with bar, the magical Stone Circle and the Orchard make Honeybrook Farm the perfect venue for your wedding or event.

A beautiful semi-natural pond close to the river. Surrounded by trees, it is a great place for wildlife exploration & serves as a peaceful haven away from the hustle-bustle of the main farmyard.

A natural chalk stream with its own strain of brown trout as well as wild rainbow trout, grayling, pike & crayfish. With luck you may see kingfishers, egrets, cormorants, heron, otters & water voles too.

Jump around! Climb and scramble, get bouncing on the fun Bouncy Pillow on the Village Green.

The BAR in the Great Barn is closed. Why not enjoy your pic-nic inside this historic old Barn if the weather is inclement.

In forthcoming weeks the Farm House Tea Rooms will re-open to serve hot drinks and cakes to eat in, on the patio next to stream or to takeaway!



Hot and cold meals and snacks. All made and baked in house using our very own meat and produce. From sandwiches and scrumptious baked goods to lasagne and chilli.

Wild Skills Wednesdays! Get hands-on learning practical survival skills in the magical river meadows, woods and countryside that surround Honeybrook Farm. Courses will run every 10am - 3pm Wedneday throughout the School Summer Holidays starting 22nd July. 10am - 3pm. £25 per child - all equipment and refreshments are provided but practical clothing, footwear and a packed lunch will is essential! Ages 7 plus.

Wild Skills Day Courses

Get hands-on learning practical survival skills. Have a go at fire lighting and building shelters all using the natural materials you fin around you. learn to tie knots, navigate around the woods, forage for food all in the great outdoors.



Come to Honeybrook for a session of bushcraft and fun in the Wild Skills Den and Camp. Learn how to light a campfire the old fashioned way, build a shelter to protect you from the elements and toast some marshmallows!

Parties can be tailored to your needs, from a minimum of 2 hours and have a maximum of 10 children. All Wild Skills parties include a tractor ride to the location.

Listen out for announcements of impromptu happenings and special events during your visit.

Our rangers and several of our staff are First Aid trained. First Aid points at the cafe and reception.

 In the event of an accident, please contact the Café, reception or the nearest ranger.

No smoking around buildings, animal pens or play areas. Please dispose of your butts appropriately.

To discourage wasps, we have limited rubbish bins & encourage visitors to take their litter home.

Honeybrook is a working farm so please supervise your children at all times.
